APPEARANCE: Opalescent robe and beautiful head, both pink in colour.ON THE NOSE: Intense aromas of apples and spices.

Description: A cousin of Pinot-Blanc, this Auxerrois goes perfectly with starters, poultry and asparagus.Terroir: This wine comes from alluvial soil by runoff from the plain. The terroir, very poor in humic matter, gives it great finesse throughout its structure, thanks to the immediate infiltration of water. The root system is very plunging, thanks to the work of the soil, and makes it possible to obtain a vine in full health.
Pairings: Goes wonderfully with starters, poultry and fish in sauce, asparagus.



Riesling RUHLMANN
It comes from a sandy granitic soil low in humic matter. The rooting of the vine, moderately deep, gives it structure and vigor thanks to the grassing of each line.
