Coteaux du Pont du Gard IGP Montfrin la Tour

Family estate on the borders of Languedoc and Provence, Montfrin comes from the Latin "Mons Fremens" meaning "the mountain of wild beasts" due to animals that fled the floods of the Rhône and Gardon.
It reveals a pale color with green reflections as well as an expressive nose, with notes of yuzu, tomato leaf and white fruits. Its mouth is invigorating, thirst-quenching, on citrus fruits and pear, with a beautiful flavor.

Located near Poitiers, in the south of the Loire Valley, "Ampelidae" (from the Greek ampelos: the vine) is driven by a certain idea of wine, that of organic viticulture and oenological excellence, authentic but contemporary.
The color is light and shiny yellow. The nose is expressive, evoking aromas of fruit and broom, with small touches of citrus. In the mouth, all its mineral freshness is revealed with a saline and tangy finish.

Respectful of the typicality of the wines, the Domaine Gueguen is made up of 23 ha of vines located both in the Chablis vineyard, and at the same time in the Auxerrois vineyard. Maison Vincent Girardin, created in 1982 with 2 ha, has developed its activity over the years, adding in 1990 a trading activity, carried out simultaneously and with talent.
Manual harvest. The grapes are put whole in a pneumatic press for low pressure extraction. After a static settling of 24 to 36 hours at low temperature, the musts are placed in barrels of 500 liters (10% new wood).
This wine is aromatic, with fruity and floral notes. Lots of delicacy on the palate.

Created in 1997, the estate covers an area of 30 hectares in the municipalities of Castillon du Gard and Saint-Hilaire d'Ozilhan over 3 appellations: Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône villages and IGP Coteaux du Pont du Gard. The property has been organically grown for over 10 years.
With a ruby color with purple nuances, this modern wine opens with lots of fruit on a light structure. It presents tangy gourmet notes.

It is at the bend of the hamlet of Donnadieu, a small village north of Saint-Chinian, on the heights, that these plots are located, surrounded by cistus, pines, oaks and fragrant arbutus. The vines are planted on the heights of the hills. The ground is made of shale that is 300 million years old.
The color is brilliant ruby red. On the nose, notes of fresh fruit and garrigue mark this cuvée. The palate is full-bodied, expressing the terroir: candied black fruits, licorice stick, a touch of laurel with notes of pepper and tobacco. The round tannins pleasantly prolong the unfolding of the aromas.

If the Lafage house has grown a lot, its structure remains very family-oriented and anchored in its territory. The Syrah of this Cabesta cuvée comes from the soils of rolled pebbles of the maritime soils dominating the Mediterranean. Carignan comes from the Aspres terroir on the foothills of the Pyrenees. Grenache comes from black schists in the Agly valley.
With a deep garnet color, its nose is intense with ripe fruits and stewed fruits. The mouth is full-bodied, well present with coated tannins and a good persistence.

The estate is located in Sarrians on a plateau resulting from an alluvial formation of gravel and sandy pebbles, more or less clayey depending on the plots. The property now covers 57.5 hectares facing the Dentelles de Montmirail, including 30 hectares in the Vacqueyras appellation.
The color is deep red with purple reflections. On the nose, aromas of black fruits such as blackberries unveil, as well as liquorice and vanilla. On the palate, it is round and has a good length. It is a very promising wine, with an aging potential of 5/8 years. Grape variety: Grenache, Syrah

The Domaine de la Ville Rouge is located in the heart of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation, in the town of Mercurol. This young estate has been managed by Sébastien Girard since 2006. It has been entirely managed in organic farming since 2012 (certified by Ecocert) and in conversion to biodynamics since 2015 (by BIODYVIN).
With an intense color, this wine offers a complex nose of red fruits. It is round, with substance and a structured finish.

Domaine Guigal was founded in 1946 by Etienne Guigal in Ampuis, a small ancient village, and cradle of the Côte-Rôtie appellation. It is home to a unique vineyard, where vines and wine have been celebrated for 2,400 years.
The color is ruby red, dark and deep. On the nose, we discover aromas of spicy red berries. The wine also reveals delicate woody aromas and round, mellow tannins. The palate is full and structured with notes of raspberry, blackberry and vanilla.

Château Haut-Selve is the only example of total Bordeaux wine creation in the 20th century. Heir to a large family of armagnac producers, Jean-Jacques Lesgourgues planted his vines in the early 1990s, on a beautiful terroir of limestone, deep gravel and clayey gravel.
This wine has a brilliant color and offers a bouquet of garrigue and spices, with fine woody notes. On the palate, the attack is pleasant, with an intensity of red fruits. It is fresh, with fine tannins which stimulate its finish.

The Ollier family was plowing their vines when the name of this beautiful property came to them. She was then on the plot named Brana (etymologically: small clearing, place where life is good). Five generations have followed one another and it is today Coralie Ollier who manages Château La Rose Brana, a 23-hectare estate spread over 4 châteaux. On the exceptional terroir of Saint-Estèphe, the working methods combining ancestral know-how, tradition and modernity, make it possible to produce structured wines, with a beautiful tannic presence, with a complex bouquet and notes of red fruits. This wine is full-bodied and warm. It already presents a beautiful freshness, persistence and elegance.

Château La Croix Chaigneau (2nd wine of Château Haut-Chaigneau) comes from a blend of young Merlot vines which produce a supple and delicate wine and dense and juicy Cabernet Francs. The selection in the vineyard and the adaptation of the vinification now make it possible to produce a result of great regularity, with great finesse while having a certain density. Thus, we obtain a delicious and refreshing wine in its youth and generous with ageing: a wine intended for a more modern and uncomplicated consumption, just for pleasure!
This wine offers a beautiful garnet color. Its nose evokes red and black fruits. On the palate, the attack is full and sweet, with remarkable freshness. It develops harmoniously with a balanced finish thanks to discreet aging in wood.

The Château de Maucaillou is located in the commune of Moulis-en-Médoc, spread over 63 hectares of vines since the 19th century with the Petit Laroche family. In 1929, the property was bought by the Dourthe family. Currently, it is the 6th generation of this family that takes care of the Château. Its specificity remains the quality of its soil thanks to the gravel with large shiny pebbles which reflect the sunlight on the bunches of grapes. This peculiarity favors the maturity of the fruits, which subsequently contributes to the quality of the wine.
This wine is charming and generously fruity. It is round in the mouth, with a length in the finish thanks to silky tannins.

This wine is the second from Château Lagrange, a property with a surface area of 157ha in the town of Saint-Julien-Beychevelle. It comes from vines that are on average 30 years old, planted on fine gravel soils for Cabernet Sauvignon and clay for some Merlot. As much attention is paid to it as the 3eme Cru Classé from 1855, with a search for maturity and aging adapted to its tannic structure.
This wine is distinguished by its bright purple reflections, which show a high concentration of black and red fruits. On the palate, it is elegant, balanced, with a fresh, minty and spicy attack.

From sustainable agriculture, this light and easy-to-drink wine has a very fruity nose. These fine and supple tannins form a good balance in the mouth. It goes well with white meats or grilled meats. Reasoned cultivation, manual harvesting, use of sorting tables, total destemming, fermentation in cement vats with epoxy resin, malolactic fermentation, cold pre-fermentation maceration, clay soils.

The vineyard of the Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise appellation is in the form of islets between Chagny in the North, at the limit of the Côte de Beaune, and Saint-Gengoux-le-National in the South, at the limit of the Mâconnais. Exposed East / South-East, the vines draw from a clay-limestone soil, predominantly limestone, shallow and very stony, all the delicacies that characterize our Burgundy Côte Chalonnaise Chardonnay.
This wine with a deep purple color reveals aromas of sour cherry and redcurrant. It is full-bodied, well balanced with silky tannins. It is a gourmet expression of Pinot Noir.

This village on the Côte Chalonnaise takes its name from the God Mercury (god of commerce). Mercurey is crossed by the Agrippa route which, in Roman times, linked Chalon-sur-Saône to Autun. Today, the wines of Mercurey make the reputation of this village throughout the world. Established since 1825 in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Domaine Faiveley is one of the largest family estates in Burgundy.
This wine has a deep ruby color. Its nose opens with notes of fresh red fruits and spices. Pleasant to taste, this wine offers a round and fruity attack and then reveals fine and silky tannins. This wine is well balanced and of good aromatic persistence.

It was in 1836 that Léon Félissent, silky Lyonnais, acquired the vineyard which he was responsible for developing and modernizing. The Château de Raousset, as it exists today, was built around 1850 by the Count of Raousset, grandson of Léon Félissent. Today, the Château is still the property of the founding family. He currently operates around thirty hectares of vines spread mainly over the three crus Chiroubles (Bel Air), Fleurie (Grille Midi) and Morgon (Douby).
It has a beautiful bright ruby red color. Fruity notes (raspberry, blackcurrant) dominate. The palate is fresh and presents beautiful aromas of red fruits, very characteristic of the grape variety and the appellation.

The production of wine at Château des Tours dates back to the 12th century. The two towers of this fortress recall this medieval age. Today, the estate operates 70 hectares of AOC Brouilly vineyard with vines of an average of 60 years, this wine has a beautiful dark color.
On the nose, a complexity is revealed dominated by ripe fruit, accompanied by floral notes. On the palate, its frame is radiant with vigor, structured and endowed with a good length in the mouth. It is a rich and elegant wine with a fruity finish.

The Master Winegrowers of the Saint-Tropez Peninsula have owned 10 estates and 3 large cellars on the most beautiful terroirs in Provence since 1964. This cuvée comes from vines located between 160 and 450 meters above sea level. Little subject to temperature variations, this makes it possible to obtain grapes with a slow and continuous maturation, therefore fresh and aromatic wines. These plots are located at the foot of the Luberon massif.
Pale in color, Ponton N ° 7 is an aromatic wine with a nose of red and white fruits. The palate is round, harmonious and well balanced. It has a beautiful freshness, while elegance.

This rosé is the flagship cuvée of the Miraval estate, owned by the ex-couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. It is vinified by the famous Perrin family of the Rhône Valley and comes from the best vines of the estate as well as from a selection of vineyards in the best terroirs of Provence. The grapes are harvested in the morning, then sorted and destemmed. Direct pressing for Cinsault, Grenache and Rolle. The Syrah is vinified by bleeding. Pretty petal pink color with brilliant reflections. It instantly evokes Provence with its beautiful aromas of fresh fruit and spring flowers.
