<h6 class='prettyPhoto-title'> Bourgogne AOC Pommard 1er cru 2013</h6>
75 cl : 65.00 €

Bourgogne AOC Pommard 1er cru 2013

Welcome to the kingdom of eternal nectars! , the Pommards come from ferruginous clay-limestone soils, which produce a full-bodied, tannic wine with multiple aromas reminiscent of blackcurrant, plum, pepper and leather.
Two climates stand out in particular in this appellation, which has no grand cru, but only first growths: the Rugiens, located to the south-west of the village, near Volnay, whose predominantly clay-limestone soil gives the Pommard the more virile and more structured, rather severe in their youth. The Epenots and the great Epenots, closer to Beaune, are distinguished by a great richness of aroma and a more supple character than the Rugiens. If the Pommards generally require a cellaring period of at least five years, the Rugiens will benefit from being waited for another three to five more years.
