Barva vina je zlato rumena, z zelenimi odtenki, briljantna. Iskrivost poudarjajo filigransko drobni mehurčki, ki so intenzivni in obstojni. Vonj je zelo intenziven in fin. Prepletajo se arome po citrusih, breskvah, mediteranskih dišavnicah, v ozadju pa brioš in kruhova skorjica. Elegantna penina je na okus izredno suha, s prijetno svežino in mineralnostjo, pookus pa je izjemno dolg in čist.

Vinifikacija in zorenje: Zlata penina selection je pridelana po klasični metodi. Drugo vrenje in zorenje poteka 36 mesecev v steklenicah.
Barva je mladostna, bleda limonasta. Penjenje je diskretno, mehurčki fini. Cvetica kaže znamenja dozorelosti, zrelo jabolko, med, firn in suho cvetje so lepo prepleteni. V ustih je penina zelo suha, z lepimi kislinami in mehko teksturo finih mehurčkov.

Rumena rebula Belica suho - 2018
Variety Composition: 100% Yellow RebulaRebula is straw-yellow in color with greenish tones, pleasant and fruity taste with pronounced acidity, which gives the wine a pleasant freshness. The flower is neutral, wine-like, and slightly reminiscent of cedar wood.

Pinela Vipava 1894 suho - 2018
Sorta: 100 % pinelaVinifikacija: Pinela Lanthieri je pridelana iz izbranega grozdja najboljših leg zgornje vipavske doline. Po krajši 8 urni maceraciji drozge so samotok naravno bistrili. Fermentacija je potekala v različnih posodah, deloma spontano, počasi, približno 2 meseca pri temperaturi 15–17 ºC.
Po alkoholni je sledila mlečno kislinska fermentacija. Po novem letu združitev vin, zorenje v inox posodah, aprila groba filtracija.
Vino je svetle rumene barve z zelenimi odtenki. Na vonju se nežno prepletajo sadne arome tropskega sadja, hruške, grenivke in kandiranega sadja.
Okus je srednje poln, svileno mehak in harmoničen. Citrusi in rdeča grenivka dajejo svež občutek. Pookus je razkošen in lepo zaokroži prvotni vtis.

Beli pinot Lisjak Radivoj suho - 2007
Variety composition: 100% white pinotThe wine is a gentle lemon-yellow color. The flower is restrained, simpler, smells like lemons and yellow apples, but is well defined. Vino je srednje intenzivne limonaste barve. Aroma je bolj diskretna, prevadujejo citrusi (limona in grenivka) in v ozadju nota lesa in zelišč. V ustih je vino suho, srednje polnega telesa, s precej poudarjeno kislino. Prevladuje precej močan okus po limoni in rahla grenkoba grenivke. Pookus je krajši, a lepo osvežujoč.

Bela Carolina Jakončič suho - 2016
Sortni sestav: Chardonnay 60 %, Rebula 35 %, Pikolit 5 %Vinifikacija: Ohlajeno grozdje macerirajo 48 ur, nato ga pri nizkih tlakih stisnejo. Sledi kontrolirana alkoholna fermentacija. 20 % chardonnaya zori v hrastovih sodih. Vina po enem letu pretočijo in jih združijo.
Barva Bele Caroline je zlatorumena. Nos je poudarjen, z zaznavnim vonjem po kokosu, karameli in prezrelih sadežih. V ustih je vino suho, gosto, z ravno pravšnjo mero kisline. Zaznavne so tudi diskretne arome zorenja na kvasovkah. Zelo kompleksno in harmonično vino, ki nudi dolg pookus.

Malvazija Santomas suho - 2017

Vinifikacija: Popolnoma zdravo grozdje je bilo 24 ur macerirano pri temperaturi 10°C. Samotok je bil pretočen v cisterne, v katerih je potekala fermentacija pri nizkih temperaturah.
Bledo rumene barve z zelenimi podtoni. Nos je izjemno kompleksen; prevladuje vonj cvetočega gloga, sledijo sadeži; ananas pasijonka, vinogradniška bela breskev in melona. Vonj prave istrske malvazije. Začutimo lahko tudi sladkoben vonj po vaniliji. V ustih je lepo zaokrožena, srednjega telesa. Prijetna, sveža, sadna in hrustljava. V pookusu ostaja okus po mandarinah, melonah, grenivki in limoni s kančkom karamele. Vino je izjemno mineralno.

Modri pinot Estate Tilia suho - 2016
Sortni sestav: 100 % modri pinotRdeče vino zrelih zaznav dozorelega rdečega sadja, suhih sliv in džema. Na vonju in okusu so pristone tudi zemljene in dimne note. Vino je rahlo tanično, z ohranjeno svežino.

Erzetič Amfora rdeča suho - 2012
Sortni sestav: 50 % cabernet sauvignon poskrbi za taničnost, čvrstost,50 % merlot mu daje mehkobo, sočnost.
Vinifikacija: po 15 mesecih zorenja v barikih (tretjina je novih), zori še 12 mesecev v amforah, kjer dozori in se zaokroži.
Vino je temne, rubinasto rdeče barve z granatnimi odtenki, ki razkrivajo znake dolgega zorenja. Na nosu se prepletajo vonjave zrelega rdečega sadja, popra, cvetov vijolice, usnja, tobaka, vanilje in grafita. V ustih je mladostno, sadno (maline, robidnice, borovnice, brusnice, drnulje), a z resno noto še ne povsem zrelih taninov, ki mu zagotavljajo dolgoživost, in kislin, ki mu ohranjajo pitkost. V dolgem pookusu so izražene note zrelega sadja, predvsem slivove ali češnjeve marmelade z začimbami (poper, klinčki, cimet, vanilja).


Modra Frankinja Martinčič suho - 2017

Vinifikacija: 10-dnevna maceracija, nadzorovana fermentacija v sodih iz nerjavečega jekla, zorenje v manjših sodčkih.
Frankinja ima bogato fenolno sestavo, zato daje bogato, krepko in močno obarvano vino. Barva je intenzivno rubinasto rdeča, po 4 do 5 letih začne pridobivati rahlo opečnate odtenke.
Vonj je blag, saden (ribez, murva, borovnica, brusnica) in kaže dolgoživost tega vina. Okus je poln, rahlo trpek in topel, a krepak. Vino doseže svoj vrh v treh do petih letih od trgatve.

Vinifikacija: maceracija vsake sorte posebej. Fermentacija merlota v francoskih 225 litrskih »barrique« sodčkih in cabernet franca v 350 litrskih hrastovih sodčkih. Zorenje v francoskih sodčkih, 24 mesecev »sur lie«. Popolna mlečno kislinska fermentacija.
Vino je temne, rubinasto rdeče barve z vijolično noto. Sadnost merlota, murve, slive,rdečega jagodičevja,se prepleta z zeliščno noto cabernet franca. Vino je polnega elegantnega telesa, sadnost se prepleta z zeliščnostjo in pikantnostjo zelenega popra. Dolg, čokoladen in kavnat pookus.

Variety Composition: 100% Cabernet SauvignonVinification: The grapes ripen at selected locations of older vineyards. After selected harvesting, it was compressed according to the old method. This is followed by fermentation with their own yeast in stainless steel containers.
The wine is of medium intensity salmon color. Fine natural bubbles alert the sophisticated Rose, where the desired freshness is intensely sensed. The smell is clean, slightly sweeter. The pure fruity aromas of raspberries, cherries and wild strawberries and the background of the yellow fruit are amazing. Due to the rich body, fruity and touch of the young moon, the wine works in a very pleasant and harmonious manner. In the longer aftertaste there is a nice freshness.

Elegantno, suho peneče vino, bistro rumene barve z zlatimi odtenki, dobrim iskrenjem in persistentno peno. Prvi vonj je nežen in zadržan, toda svež in saden, poln vtisov po hruški in jabolku, v nadaljevanju zaznamo lešnike in sveže mandlje, ter nekaj cvetličnih not in začimb v ozadju. Vinifikacija: refošk ostaja na finih drožeh neobičajno dolgo in sicer deset let in več. Šele takrat se ekstraktno bogat teran toliko umiri, da omogoča degoržiranje. Vrelni in ekspedicijski liker temeljita na vakuumsko koncentriranem moštu, kar odpravlja potrebo po uporabi sladkorja in penini vrača svežino pravkar ubrane zrele jagode. Osnovno vino zori v lesenih sodih, nato pa v steklenici na finih drožeh v idealnem okolju podzemne kleti.
Vino je izrazito temne barve, bogate pene in iskrivih mehurčkov. V zreli sadni cvetici prevladujejo drobni gozdni sadeži, občuti se skorja maslenega peciva, vse povezuje vonj drevesne smole češnje in slive. Okus je popolno harmoničen.

Vinifikacija: stiskanje grozdja, hlajenje mošta na 8 ºC v inox posodi. Po 2 dneh pretok in dodajanje selekcioniranih kvasovk. Vrenje po sortah pri do 16ºC. Krajše zorenje na finih drožeh, spomladi filtriranje in združevanje vin v vrelno osnovo. Poleeti se doda vrelni liker in začne sekundarna fermentacija.

Sortni sestav: 100 % sivi pinotVinifikacija: Prešanje nerazpecljanega grozdja, vretje v nerjaveči inox posodi, aktivno mešanje kvasnega sedimenta (batonage) štiri mesece, filtrirano pred stekleničenjem.
Vino je mehko, bogato, sadno in navdušujoče sveže. Prevladujejo zaznave sveže melone, poletne hruške, zelenega jabolka in limonine lupine.

Vipava 1894 Pinela suho - 2018
Sorta: 100 % pinelaVinifikacija: Pinela Lanthieri je pridelana iz izbranega grozdja najboljših leg zgornje vipavske doline. Po krajši 8 urni maceraciji drozge so samotok naravno bistrili. Fermentacija je potekala v različnih posodah, deloma spontano, počasi, približno 2 meseca pri temperaturi 15–17 ºC.
Po alkoholni je sledila mlečno kislinska fermentacija. Po novem letu združitev vin, zorenje v inox posodah, aprila groba filtracija.
Vino je svetle rumene barve z zelenimi odtenki. Na vonju se nežno prepletajo sadne arome tropskega sadja, hruške, grenivke in kandiranega sadja.
Okus je srednje poln, svileno mehak in harmoničen. Citrusi in rdeča grenivka dajejo svež občutek. Pookus je razkošen in lepo zaokroži prvotni vtis.

Vipava 1894 Zelen suho - 2018
Sorta: 100 % zelenVinifikacija: Zelen Lanthieri so pridelali iz izbranega grozdja zgornje Vipavske doline. Krajša 6 urna maceracija drozge vinu doda intenzivnejšo sortno aromatiko. Po statičnem bistrenju bistri del vina fermentiramo 14 dni pri 15 ºC. Sledi 4 mesečno zorenje na kvasovkah, ki vino obogati, mu da mehkobo in širino.
Vino je svetle rumene barve z zelenimi odtenki. Vonj je izrazito sorten, prevladujejo mediteranske začimbe, lovor, klinčki, v ozadju citrusi. Vonjave so zgoščene in ustvarijo velika pričakovanja.
Okus je živahen, a hkrati harmoničen. Travnate, zeliščne zaznave se spajajo s sadjem , predvsem tropskim, posušena pomarančna lupina, rdeča grenivka.
Pookus je širok in ne pušča dvoma o sortnosti.

The wine is a deep ruby color with quite a few purple hues. The smell is a distinct vanilla that puts the fruit slightly behind. Even the mouth is dominated by vanilla and caramel, and the wine is slightly sweet. The texture is beautiful and the acids are tame.

Vinifikacija: grozdne jagode so v kontaktu z moštom macerirali tekom celotne fermentacije, do 14 dni. Po rahlem stiskanju je bil opravljen biološki razkis. 18 mesecev v 225 L barrique sodčkih. Po stekleničenju vino še vsaj pol leta zori v steklenici.
Intenzivna rubinasto - rdeča barva z vijoličnimi odtenki. Zrelo-sadna cvetica, ki spominja na murvo, robidnice in druge gozdne sadeže. Zaznavna je tudi aroma kakava in črne čokolade. Odlikuje ga polnost in sadni karakter vina. Prijetni tanini okrepijo okus vina.

Vinifikacija: Popolnoma zdravo grozdje je bilo 24 ur macerirano pri temperaturi 10°C. Samotok je bil pretočen v cisterne, v katerih je potekala fermentacija pri nizkih temperaturah.
Bledo rumene barve z zelenimi podtoni. Nos je izjemno kompleksen; prevladuje vonj cvetočega gloga, sledijo sadeži; ananas pasijonka, vinogradniška bela breskev in melona. Vonj prave istrske malvazije. Začutimo lahko tudi sladkoben vonj po vaniliji. V ustih je lepo zaokrožena, srednjega telesa. Prijetna, sveža, sadna in hrustljava. V pookusu ostaja okus po mandarinah, melonah, grenivki in limoni s kančkom karamele. Vino je izjemno mineralno.

Vinifikacija: krajši kontakt mošta s kožicami, kontrolirana fermentacija v inox posodah pri temperaturi od 14 do 18°C, nato šest mesecev ležanja na drožeh in zorjenje v inox posodah.
Barva vina je isriva, svetlo rumena. Razkošen vonj z zaznavami suhega sadja, marelic, datljev, rozin, cimeta in suhega cvetja. Izrazit okus z zaznavami citrusov harmonično spaja sadno svežino s prijetno mandeljno grenkobo v daljšem pookusu.

Vinification: The selected ripe and healthy grapes are macerated in 20hl oak barrel (tino) after baking for 8 days. After pressing, it matures in the same barrel for another 12 months. Then the ripening continues in the bottles.
The color of the wine is deep golden yellow. The flower is accentuated, with an abundance of primary notes already going against the sweeter nutmeg. It is dominated by juicy fresh and dried apricots, complemented by the smell of lemon, grapes, mushrooms and a bit of oak. In the mouth, the wine is dry, of medium acidity and of intense taste with a long fade.

Stylish, dry red wine, characterized by a delicate, rugged red color. It is very fruitful, it resembles cherries, then we detect mulberry and mature tomatoes and some spices, e.g. rosemary and cinnamon, and in the background, the floral aromas of rose and purple. Its taste is fresh with fruity but serious texture and with a long taste, gently. Tannins are silky, velvety and wearable, positively affecting health.

The wine is very deep purple. The flower is calm and mature. So common herbal notes of refoška are completely absent, only very mature dark red and mainly black fruits, dried fruits, smells even in marmalade and overlook. Santomas Antonius Refošk suho - 2015

Vinifikacija: Grozdne jagode so skupaj s sokom fermentirale pri temp. med 25 in 28°C. Sledila je podaljšana maceracija pribl. 30 dni. Po koncu maceracije so vino pretočili v nove francoske barrique sode, kjer se je plemenitilo naslednjih 24 mesecev. Tekom zorenja je potekel biološki razkis. Dodatki žvepla so zaradi same strukture vina minimalni.
Globoka rubinasto rdeča barva. Na nosu zaznamo borovnice, maline, pridih črnega popra ter dimne note v kombinaciji z vanilijo in mokko. Gre za vino polnega telesa; dobra harmonija med alkoholom, kislino in zrelimi tanini. Veliko sadnih arom, ki se v ustih pomešajo z balzamičnimi notami. Pridih po praženih mandljih in mokki.

Vinifikacija: Razpecljano grozdje maceriramo od 10 do 14 dni pri temperaturi od 25 do 29 °C. Po prešanju in opravljenem biološkem razkisu vino zori v velikih hrastovih sodih in barikovih sodčkih najmanj 24 mesecev.
Vino krasi rubinasta barva z opečnatimi odtenki. Vonj je Intenziven, spomni nas na dozorele gozdne sadeže, črni ribez, likviricijo, slivovo marmelado, višnje v žganju, gozdno podrast, usnje ter na plemenito, dozorelo noto lesa. V okusu je vino polno, mehko in bogato. Sadnost zrele višnje se lepo prepleta z mineralnostjo in dozorelimi sladkastimi tanini. Plemenitost pa vinu daje dolg pookus s prijetno noto lesa.

Vinifikacija: Dozorelo grozdje smo skrbno razpecljali in ga macerirali 15 dni. Po opravljenem biološkem razkisu je vino zorelo v novih in rabljenih barikovih sodčkih najmanj 3 leta.
Izredno intenzivna rubinasta barva z granatnim robom. Intenzivne note dozorelega temnega sadja, borovničeve marmelade, vanilje, temne čokolade in brinjevih jagod s prijetno aromo izbranega lesa. V izredno bogatem in kompleksnem okusu vina odkrivamo note zrele borovnice, višnje v žganju, temne čokolade in začimb. V pookusu pa nas spremljajo žametni tanini in prijetna plemenita nota lesa.

Svetlo jantarna barva kaže na kompleksnost vina, nudi izjemno lepe arome in vonjave, ki se skozi čas spreminjajo, dozorevajo in združujejo v uglašeno harmonijo. Pri mlajšem vinu je v ospredju vonj grozdja rebule, ki prerašča v komaj opazen vonj vanilije, medu, suhega sadja (marelice, fige,..), lupine pomaranče, limoninega cveta, svetlega tobaka,.. Zaznave vonja se ponovijo v ustih. Zdi se,da je v ospredju suha marelica, a nas še bolj preseneti močan, a ne bahav karakter s prekrasno eleganco in uravnoteženostjo.Pookus kar traja in traja.

Jere Medeno vino Kostanjevo
Medeno vino/medica nastane s fermentacijo medene raztopine. Prava medica iz pradavnine ni žganje, temveč vino z najdaljšo zgodovino. Njena zgodba se je verjetno začela z naključnim odkritjem. Ljudje so cenili med iz divjih panjev in ga zbirali v posodah. Vanjo je padlo nekaj kapelj dežja, ali pa je med zaradi hidroskopičnosti vase vlekel vlago. Raztopina medu in vode je tako s pomočjo divjih kvasovk po naravni poti fermentirala. Prve medice so bile najdene v lončenih posodah na Kitajskem 7 tisoč let pr. n. št. Kasneje je postala zelo priljubljena med Vikingi, Egipčani, Maji, Rimljani, Grki in drugimi civilizacijami po celem svetu. Na Slovenskem je o izdelavi medice prvi pisal Valvazor.
